As stated on your invoice, all items carry a 30-day money-back guarantee from the original sales receipt, if returned in their original condition with original retail packaging including tags. Credit will be given for the cost of the merchandise only, not including shipping charges. If the merchandise was worn, altered, or changed in any way, shape, or form, we reserve the right to refuse to accept such item and therefore cannot refund any money. Note that All Special Order items are non-returnable and nonrefundable.
